...for the State It is submitted on behalf of the parties that this matter has been wrongly tagged with W.P.A. No. 28220 of 2024. In view of the inadvertent bona fide and typographical error, the order dated December 02, 2024 stands corrected to the above extent. This writ petition is directed against nonconsideration of a complaint dated November 25, 2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 213A of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the statutory period of six weeks under Section 213(9) of the said Act is yet to expire and the complaint of the petitioner would be heard within the above prescribed time period.

In view of the above, there is no scope of passing any order in this writ petition.

W.P.A. No. 28226 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider

the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law within the prescribed time period.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to rely on the additional documents before the concerned Authority, which is adjudicating the above complaint filed by the petitioner.

Since no Affidavits are called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
