The Inspector-in-Charge, Suti Police Station, Jangipur Police District as well as the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District have filed reports. The same is considered and taken on record.

Without going into the report any further as it may prejudice the investigation, the IO shall visit the petitioner's residence tomorrow (i.e. 3rd May, 2023) at 2 pm. The petitioner shall keep ready all materials available with her including her mobile phone and any media on which her objectionable pictures and videos are stated to have been taken by the accused person. The petitioner shall cooperate with the IO.

IO may visit the petitioner on further occasions upon 48 hours prior notice to the petitioner.

Likewise the accused is also represented. His counsel submits that he is on bail in terms of an order dated 6th February, 2023 of a Division Bench of this Court in CRM (A) 474 of 2023.

It is ordered that the investigation be completed within 45 days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
