Although the dying declaration does not name the petitioners before us, witnesses recording statements under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicate all the petitioners before us in the murder.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5341 of 2023 is dismissed.
