The present revisional application was preferred for transfer of A.C.G.R. Case No.6080 of 2019 arising out of Jadavpur Police Station Case No.458 of 2019.

Mr. Apalak Basu, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2/husband has filed photostat copy of the judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore. The same reflects that on conclusion of trial, the accused persons have been acquitted of the charges. Consequently, the revisional application has become infructuous. Let the photostat copy of the judgment be kept with the record. Accordingly, CRR 4618 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
