Learned Advocate for the CESC Ltd. submits that petitioner's electricity connection has already been restored and due amount is being paid by him in instalments. 3.

It seems this is the reason why the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ petition since his grievance has already been addressed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
