The victim girl is yet to be examined. From her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 183 of the BNSS prima facie, it appears that the petitioner committed some offence under the POCSO Act. 2.

We are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

CRM (DB) 4020 is, thus, dismissed.
