Inadvertent typographical errors had crept in the judgment dated 16th September, 2025.

In the second line of seventh paragraph at page 2 of the judgment dated 16th September, 2025, the words '31.10.2020' be read as '31.07.2024'. Furthermore, in the second line of nineteenth paragraph at page 8 of the said order the words 'W.P. No. 4320 of 2020' be read as 'W.P. No. 4320 of 2023'. 3.

Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
