The petitioner complains that the order dated 8th September, 2022 has not been complied with by the Bakultala Police Station.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officer-inCharge, Bakultala Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that since after passing of the order there was an incident of breach of peace by the private respondents. FIR was registered and investigation has been completed and charge sheet being Bakultala Police Station Charge Sheet No.06 of 2023 dated 28th January, 2023 has been filed. 4.

In that view of the matter, there is no contempt on the part of the Bakultala Police.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

9.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
