The petitioners grievance that the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the SARFAESI Act), has not been effectively disposed of is sought to be addressed by way of this writ petition.

The respondent No.2 had passed an order in respect of Section 14 of the application filed by the petitioner bank on January 21, 2025, in respect whereof no steps were taken to provide the requisite assistance to execute the order. 4.

After the writ petition was filed on December 3, 2025, the respondent No.2 appointed the authorized officer of the petitioner bank on December 9, 2025 to deposit the costs for police assistance and to take requisite steps in respect thereof.

The aforestated facts are culled out from the instruction by the respondent No.3 to the learned Advocate appearing for the State respondents. Let the instruction be kept on record.

6. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to arrange for adequate assistance to enable the petitioner to take physical possession of the concerned property, upon depositing the requisite charges for such assistance by February 20, 2026. 7.

With this aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
