I have considered the subject matter of the case wherein interim bail was initially granted on 07.01.2025, and was extended from time to time.

Having considered that there are no adverse reports against the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is confirmed on same terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 07.01.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1856 of 2024 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
