It appears from the Report that the CESC Limited has come to a conclusive finding that the petitioner is entitled to a new service connection and CESC Limited is ready to provide the same to the petitioner.

In view of the above, WPA 28015 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the CESC Limited to provide a fresh service connection to the residence of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and after compliance with all statutory formalities and payment of necessary fees.
