1. The petitioners have challenged the order dated October 7, 2024 as passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court, Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) in Title Suit No. 400 of 2019.

2. It appears from the said order that it was the contention of the defendants/petitioners herein that some petitions are pending for adjudication. On the other hand it was the contention of the plaintiffs/opposite parties herein before the learned Trial Judge that no petition is pending for adjudication. The learned Trial Judge after perusing the case record found that there is no petition pending in the record for adjudication. Accordingly, the learned Trial Judge fixed 27th November, 2024 for further cross-examination of P.W. 1.

3. In view thereof, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CO 4081 of 2024 is thus dismissed.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
