Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner stands in the same footing as that of the other coaccuseds whose prayer for anticipatory bail were rejected by the order dated August 18, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 3913 of 2022. The Court is informed that, subsequently such co-accuseds were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Since the petitioner before us stands on the same footing as that of the other co-accuseds whose prayer for anticipatory bail were rejected by this Court, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5909 of 2022 is dismissed.
