It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that the order under contempt has been duly complied with.

A letter dated 20th April, 2023 signed by the District Library Officer, Purba Bardhaman along with an ECS instruction issued for payment of arrear salary to the petitioner for Rs. 19,65,398/- is made over to Court in this regard.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already received the amount.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt petition is disposed of by recording compliance of this order under contempt being

dated 7th July, 2022 passed in WPA 11037 of 2022.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
