.....for the petitioner Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee Mr. Aniruddha Ganguly ......for the opposite party The present revisional application has been preferred against an order no. 36 dated 23.08.2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st Court, 24 Parganas (South) at Alipore in Misc Case No. 558 of 2022.

By the order under revision the Trial Court has directed the petitioner/husband to provide his 26AS Forms for the last 10 years on the observation that "though the Supreme Court has not directed for such documents to be filed in Rajnish Vs. Neha no where it is provided that the Court could not do so."

Considering the said direction which this Court finds unreasonable, it is directed that such Forms up to the period of 5 years should suffice the purpose of the Trial Court.

The Order challenged is modified to the above extent. The Trial Court is directed to proceed with the case expeditiously.

Civil Revision being no. 4084 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
