Srijan Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the WBSEDCL submits instructions of his client received by email dated December 8, 2023. The same is taken on record.

It appears that PPO has been issued to the petitioner and pension has started since April, 2023. A chart showing pension payment to the petitioner from April to November, 2023 is also annexed. The pension amount is Rs. 1,750/-. The pension is on account of death of her husband who was an employee of the WBSEDCL.

It also appears that a sum of Rs. 4,74,017/- was paid in April, 2023 towards likely arrears and other terminal benefits.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Hence, WPA 28059 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
