Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents files compliance report that provides for transfer of the petitioner to a different School.

It transpires from the said report that the appointment of the Group 'D' staff has still not been made in the School in which the petitioner is posted presently. Upon perusal of the said report it appears to this Court, nothing remains in the contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. However, leave is granted to the petitioner to proceed against the other authorities including the School authorities for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of all necessary formalities.
