Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas Mrs. Jyoti Agarwal Ms. Piya Mondal ...for the petitioners Mr. Kallol Basu Mr. Amitabrata Roy Mr. Arkadipto Sengupta ...for the respondent University Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the University has declined the affiliation for the academic year 2023-25 to the relevant B.Ed. College, but no reason has been communicated to the petitioners for the same by the University. He prays for an order directing the University to communicate the reason for such rejection.

In view of the above, this matter is disposed of by directing upon the University to communicate the reasons for rejection of the affiliation within a period of two days from date. Writ petition WPA 26945 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties taking all legal formalities.
