Apparently, the petitioner dealt with members of the public and raised money from the public on the promise of providing job in the Education Department of the State of West Bengal. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5911 of 2022 is dismissed.
