Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner and after hearing the learned advocate for the State, I am of the view that the civil

court would address in respect of the dispute so far as the property is concerned.

In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26962 of 2023 is disposed of.
