The relationship turned sour and the FIR was registered.

Learned counsel for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and relies on the statement of the minor victim made before the learned Magistrate. He submits that the victim was forcibly kidnapped and kept confined in a room. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of local witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
