Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner in collusion with principal accused viz., Anowar Sk @ Anwar Sk. had raped the victim. Thereafter, obscene video was uploaded. Petitioner had absconded.

In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
