Leave is granted to the advocate on record of the petitioner to amend the spelling of the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition. 4.

The spelling of the name of the petitioner in the order dated January 27, 2026 shall be read as 8Somnath9 instead of 8Samnath9.

The order dated January 27, 2026 is corrected accordingly. Remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.
