Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaint was not entertained by the concerned police station, although she was assaulted and thrown out from her residence. To that effect, petitioner contends that repeatedly she had been to the police station and she did not receive any assistance from the police station.

Report has been submitted by the police authorities which reflects that the petitioner had been to the police station but neither she gave any

complaint nor she was willing to get her statement recorded. Finally a written information was sent which was received by the police station and consequently, Bowbazar PS Case No. 280 dated 28.11.2024 was registered for investigation.

Mr.

Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that, there was the civil court decree. There was execution of the proceedings and bailiff had taken possession.

In reply learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there was manipulation in respect of the proceedings which were carried on before the learned civil court.

Be that as it may, since the case has already been registered, the grievance of the petitioner so far as issues relating to forgery of summons and/or manipulation of the proceedings be brought to the notice of the investigating officer.

Petitioner will also be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil court which decided the matter by invoking the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28314 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the respondents.
