Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had identified co-accused as a dead person in a power of attorney which was used for illegal transfer of land.

In view of role played by the petitioner in the fraud and as she has criminal antecedent (wherein her prayer for pre-arrest bail was turned down in CRM (A) 3661 of 2024), we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
