We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of the witnesses disclose cruelty perpetrated on the victim lady due to an illicit relationship between the petitioner/husband and another woman. Victim committed suicide. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and nature of crime we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
