And In Re : Kartick Kundu ...... petitioner Mr. Sagar Saha Mr. Manojit Debnath ...for the petitioner Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya ...for the State Money trail discovered during investigation implicates the petitioner in the offence alleged.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 5375 of 2023 is dismissed.
