1. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there are some formal defects in the writ petition and, as such, he seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

2. Learned advocate representing the corporation does not raise any objection.

3. Having regard thereto, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action, before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
