However, I find that on point no.VI under 'L', it has been stated by the Superintendent of Police that already 36 witnesses have been examined and two more witnesses are left to be examined.

In view of the two witnesses left to be examined, I am of the opinion that final stages of the case has been

arrived at. At this stage, if bail is granted, further process would be jeopardized.

Having considered the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2653 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
