1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in the murder. Co-accused who have been released on bail do not stand on the same footing. Under such circumstances and in view of primary role played by the petitioner in the murder and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
