Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners took photographs of the lady while she was bathing and started blackmailing her.

In view of the nature of crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
