1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim housewife. She had been thrown out of the matrimonial home. Thereafter, she was called to the residence of petitioner no. 1 on the pretext of negotiations. There she was gang raped by the petitioners.

Her statement corroborates the allegations.

3. In view of gravity of the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
