1. In terms of this Court's order dated 12th August, 2024 in WPA 19210 of 2024, a provisional time table has been issued to the petitioner by the alleged contemnor that is dated 27th February, 2026. To that effect, a compliance report is filed in Court today by Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned Additional Advocate General, enclosing a copy of the said time table.

2. Let that be taken on record.

3. Since by issuance of the said provisional time table dated 27th February, 2026 the alleged contemnor has duly and substantially complied with the Court's order dated 12th August, 2024, there remains no further point for adjudication in the instant contempt proceeding.

4. Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner has duly supported the contention of the alleged contemnor as put forth by Mr. Sen.

5. In view thereof, the contempt proceeding being CPAN 1960 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
