1. Exception, as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner no. 7 is taken on record.

2. At the time of hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits before this Court that he has got nothing to say with regard to the report, as submitted on behalf of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation since the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has demolished the unauthorised construction in the Premises No. 2/C/H/13 Chattu Babu Lane, Ward No.55, Kolkata700014.

3. It is further submitted that the ground floor passage, photograph of which has been annexed at page-5 of the exception, as filed today, is till kept blocked by the private respondent.

4. Such being the position and keeping in mind that the writ petitioners' prayer in the main writ petition has been fully complied with by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation authority, we find nothing more left to be decided in the instant writ petition.

5. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

6. Before parting with, we, however, grant liberty to the writ petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for ventilating their grievances with regard to the alleged blockade of passage at the aforementioned premises at the instance of the private respondent and/or any other person, if there be any.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties

expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
