Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has submitted that according to the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench, the judgment under contempt of this Court has been set aside. He hands over a copy of the judgement dated December 3, 2025, in MAT 1886 of 2023. Let that be taken on record. According to the same, since the judgement of this Court has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the contempt application becomes infructuous and hence disposed of being infructuous.
