Report is placed on record. From the report it appears birth certificate of the petitioner was false. On the strength of the fake birth certificate, he procured passport and EPIC. Intimation has been given to the passport authority for necessary action.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
