Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondents and supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners are taken on record.

The petitioners seek enforcement of a decree passed by the learned 6th Bench of the City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No.1756 of 2013.

This Court is of the clear view that the decree may be put to execution to seek relief against any action of the private respondents in violation of the said decree. Reserving liberty to the petitioners as indicated hereinabove, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. Dankuni Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain a strict vigil at the locale.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
