Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2 has filed an application for modification of the order dated 12.12.2023 passed in CRR 4627 of 2023 wherein it has been contended that earlier a revisional application was pending before this Court and in spite of that when the issues relating to mediation were pending, a direction was obtained for expediting the procedure before the learned trial court. Having regard to the manner in which the bar is filing revisional applications, henceforth the learned Registrar (IT), High Court, Calcutta will give direction to check the previous revisional applications preferred in respect of the same FIR or the complaint case which has been filed before the High Court, prior to the revisional application being listed. Accordingly necessary steps be forthwith taken by the concerned department. Department is directed to forthwith act on and from 22nd April, 2024 and give effect to this order. So far as the present application is concerned, I direct that the other revisional application being CRR 3269 of 2022

be placed and tagged along with the records of this case and the same will be heard analogously along with the application being CRAN 1 of 2024.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
