The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for necessary directions upon the respondents to show cause as to why the order of transfer dated 19.07.2010 issued by the Chief Regional Manager should not be quashed. There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 24118 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
