Record reflects that chargesheet has already been submitted in connection with Netaji Nagar PS Case No. 125 dated 14-06-2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances and the complainant do not intend to pursue with the present revisional application. Having regard to the sections under which chargesheet has been submitted, I am of the view that by way of affidavit and report the case cannot be terminated. Accordingly, it is directed that the learned trial court would consider and overcome the stage of consideration of charges, fix dates for recording of evidence of the victim as the first prosecution witness. After the said evidence of the victim is over, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this

court.

With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4628 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
