The Officer-in-charge, Law Section, KPD has produced instructions dated 10th January, 2023 before this Court. The State police has taken a fair stand. The same is taken on record.

After going through the said report and after hearing the petitioners, the Officer-in-charge, Law Section, KPD has fairly informed this Court and the petitioners that 50 people from the petitioners' side may demonstrate for a period of two months at the foot of the Gandhi Statue.

The petitioners shall ensure that the demonstration is absolutely peaceful and shall not disturb any of the traffic in the surrounding areas. The petitioners shall clean up the place each day after demonstration.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
