1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his wife is in the family way. She is expected to deliver a child on 26.10.2023. There is no one to take care of her. On such score, he prays for relaxation of condition of bail.

2. Accordingly, on humanitarian ground, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to remain within the municipal limits of the city of Kolkata and report to the Officer-in-charge of the police station where he is presently residing i.e. Taltala/Rajabagan Police Station once in a week are waived. He is directed not to leave the district of Birbhum except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and report to the Officer-in-charge, Illambazar Police Station within whose jurisdiction his residence is situated once in a week until further orders.

3. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
