Learned counsel appearing on change for the appellant, in his usual fairness, submits that no appeal is maintainable against the impugned order.

As such, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum. 3.

Accordingly, SAT No. 251 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant to file a properly constituted challenge against the impugned judgment and order before the appropriate forum on the selfsame grounds.

CAN 1 of 2025 is also disposed of accordingly. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.

The learned Advocate-on-record appearing for the appellant will be at liberty to take back the certified copies of the impugned orders upon filing photocopies thereof for the records.
