The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.855 of 2017 (Sri Mrinal Kanti Dey vs. Sri Sudip Auddy) along with other interlocutory applications pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat.

At the time of hearing learned counsel submits that at present there are no inter locutory applications pending and the trial has commenced but in spite of evidence of PW-2 having started the matter is not proceeding.

It is further submitted that the suit being of the year 2017, the petitioner is being prejudiced. 4.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall dispose of the Title Suit in accordance with law and preferably within a period of one year from the

date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either sides.

The revisional application being CO 4092 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court at once.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
