Police case is dated October 2, 2021.

There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. That apart, materials in the Case Diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5352 of 2023 is disposed of.
