Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in the order dated December 23, 2022, while disposing of the writ petition, it was observed that liberty was given to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Magistrate having territorial jurisdiction.

However, learned counsel submits that there is no District Magistrate appointed for Kolkata.

Hence, in the third, fourth and fifth paragraphs of the second page of the said order as well as in the second paragraph of page-3 thereof, the expression "District Magistrate" shall be read as "the competent authority". Let such correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated December 23, 2022.

This order shall be treated to be part of the said order.
