Case No. 530 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023 was registered for investigation.

Subsequently, his minor daughter was recovered. However, the accused persons are so aggressive that, they entered the house of the defactocomplainant, abused and assaulted them inside their house. As such, an information was sent to the police authorities by the

petitioner, but no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the State submits two reports: first, regarding the steps taken in connection with Dubulia P.S.

Case No.

of and, secondly, registration of Nakashipara P.S.

Case No. 996 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023 under Sections 447/354B/195A/506/34 of the IPC in regard to the incident happened at the house of the present petitioner.

Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities and the incident referred to of November, 2023, which is more than one year ago, I direct the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court in seisin of Nakashipara P.S. Case No. 996 of 2023 and express their threat perception before the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the matter.

The learned Magistrate in seisin of

the matter will pass necessary directions to the appropriate authorities under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2008, and after analyzing the threat perception of the petitioner would pass necessary order(s).

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28393 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over the learned advocate for the petitioner.
