None appears for the private respondents despite service.

The petitioners allege that though an ad interim order of injunction was granted in their favour by the learned civil Court restraining the private respondents from changing the nature, character of the property in question and causing any waste or damage therein, the private respondents are continuing to violate the said order. An application for police help under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure was also allowed by the learned trial Court despite which the police has not taken any steps for implementation of the order.

It appears that there is a civil dispute between the parties.

In view of the above, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and to ensure that the order of the trial Court is complied with.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
