It appears that the writ petition stood dismissed on the said date upon imposition of costs. The direction passed by the Court has been acted upon and costs have been paid by the petitioner.

The petitioner submits that the said writ petition stood disposed of without granting proper opportunity to the petitioner to controvert the allegation made against him.

It appears that the Court relied upon the information provided by the learned advocate representing the private respondent which was a list of

cases obtained from the official website of this Court containing details of 195 cases where the petitioner is a party. In most matters he is in the status of petitioner and in a couple of matters he is the respondent. The grounds made out in the review application are not maintainable. The instant review application cannot be admitted on the grounds set out in the memorandum of review. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, the petitioner ought to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.

The review application fails and is hereby dismissed.
