The petitioner has made one representation to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education which is Annexure P-3 of the writ application.

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving him an opportunity of hearing within a period of six weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order within two weeks thereafter with a copy to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
